At Shri Surya Handicrafts, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love our handcrafted products as much as we love creating them. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 7-Day Return and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • It is in its original packaging

  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase

Note: Returns are not applicable for customized, personalized, or sale items unless the product is damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@shrisuryahandicrafts.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and share clear product images (if damaged/defective).

  3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our return address (provided by our team).

Return shipping cost:

  • In case of defective/damaged products: We will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases: The customer will need to bear the return shipping charges.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If the return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are subject to product condition verification.
