Cancellation Policy

At Shri Surya Handicrafts, we strive to provide you with high-quality handcrafted products and a smooth shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy under specific conditions.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is processed/shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order:

  1. Email us at support@shrisuryahandicrafts.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  2. If your cancellation request meets our criteria, we will confirm the cancellation via email.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.

Note: For prepaid orders, the transaction fee charged by the payment gateway may be deducted.

4. Order Cancellation by Shri Surya Handicrafts

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Pricing errors or technical issues

  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

  • Incomplete or unverifiable delivery details

If we cancel an order, the full amount will be refunded to you.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased during special sales or offers
